Program Manager Full=Time
Program Manager - $55,000–$65,000
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Reports To: Founder / Board of Directors
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will oversee daily operations of the licensed residential program, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Chapter 6400 regulations, staff supervision, and person-centered service delivery.

Lead Direct Support Professional Full-Time
Lead Direct Support Professional - $22–$24/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Overview:
The Lead DSP provides direct support while assisting with team leadership and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years IDD experience preferred
-
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
-
Ability to pass background clearances
